About Reservations
・Reservations can be made online or by phone one month prior to the boarding date.
・Reservations can be made up to the day before the boarding date (by 18:00). (Reservations can be made up to the day before the boarding date (by 18:00).

・Reservations must be made at least one day in advance for those riding with coupon tickets.
*If you do not make a reservation in advance (by the day before), you will not be able to go through the Gokayama Interchange or Johana Service Area.
*When making a reservation in advance, please note that if the bus is full, you will not be able to board the bus.
・Cannot be used only at bus stops within Toyama Prefecture (Takaoka, Tonami, Johana, Gokayama).
(Example: Takaoka Station South Exit → Gokayama Inter Exit/Johana SA → Tonami Station South Exit, etc.)
・You cannot get on or off the bus at any location other than the bus stop, such as a service area along the way.
●The fare classification is as follows.
・Adult fare…for junior high school students and above
・Child fare…For those up to elementary school age
*Please contact the reservation center regarding use by persons under the age of 6.
(If you use a seat, you will be required to pay the child fare.)
●Seats are all reserved by reservation only.
(1) For telephone reservations
We will inform you of your seat number at the time of reservation. *The crew will also guide you when boarding the bus on the day.
(2) In case of online reservation
After we have confirmed your payment, you can only reserve your seat once.
If the customer does not make a seat selection by himself/herself, we will do so after 3:00 pm on the day before the date of use.
*If you choose to pay at a convenience store, you will be able to reserve your seat after completing payment at the convenience store.
For seat numbers etc., please check your reservation or contact the reservation center.
*The crew will also guide you when boarding the bus on the day.
(3) In the case of other company’s internet reservations
The driver will guide you when you board the bus on the day.
・Seats at the time of reservation are not confirmed. Please note that the information is subject to change without notice.
・If you pay at a convenience store and do not pay by the payment deadline, the reservation will be canceled as if there was no reservation.

Please note that depending on the reservation status, you may not be able to make a reservation because the room is full.
・If there are more than 2 people, the seats may be spaced apart depending on the reservation status of the reserved flight.
・If two or more people are using the vehicle and they are not booked at the same time (e.g., if two people are boarding, but one person and one person are booked separately)
Reservations may not be considered for the same group and seats may be spaced apart.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation status of your reserved flight.
◆Change of internet reservation method◆
Due to a change in the reservation system specifications, effective July 2019, all reservations will be handled as “one-way” reservations.
Each reservation will continue to operate as before, but if you wish to make a [round-trip] reservation, you will need to make two [one-way] reservations.
Once you have completed the outbound reservation, the “Continue Reservation” button will appear, and you will then be able to complete the return reservation. Your information will be retained so that you can smoothly make a return reservation.
Please note that due to this system change, the “10-day return trip reservation period from the departure date” that was previously available for round-trip reservations will no longer be available.
Please note that only one round-trip reservation can be made at a time, so please return to the top page if you wish to make multiple reservations.
If you are making a new reservation, you can use the [Continue Reservation] button even after you have selected a seat by clicking the [Select Seat] button in the middle of the page.
・Tickets will be invalidated before getting off.
・If you forget or lose your ticket on the day, you will need to purchase it again.
Please note that we will process the refund of the original ticket, but it may take some time until we can confirm the purchase again.
(Please note that you may be asked to come back at a later date.)
・Even if you have made a reservation and have completed payment, if you wish to board another flight, you will be required to pay in cash again.

・If you made a reservation using convenience store payment and payment has not been confirmed on the day of boarding, please pay in cash.

・If you have made a reservation by phone when boarding the bus, please give your name to the bus driver and receive your ticket in cash on the bus.

・If you are making an online reservation, please tell the flight attendant your name and if you are paying by credit card, please send us a reservation confirmation email.
If paying at a convenience store, please present the receipt you received when paying at a convenience store to the driver on the bus.

・Tickets are sold on the bus or at the Takaoka Bus Terminal Reservation Center.
(Credit card payment for coupons can be used at the reservation center.)
・15,000 yen coupon tickets (3,000 yen face value) are available for the time being.
(Refunds will be available at the Takaoka Bus Terminal Reservation Center from January 1, 2021.)
・The expiration date of the common use ticket is December 31, 2019, and its use has ended.
(Thank you for your understanding as there will be no refunds.)
*After free parking (48 hours) at Takaoka Bus Terminal, you will be required to pay 500 yen per day using the automatic payment machine.
To receive a discount on your parking ticket, please receive a stamp on your parking ticket from the driver when you get off the bus and swipe it through the automatic payment machine.
About Buses
・Vehicles used may change without notice due to legal vehicle inspections, maintenance, etc.
(Example: Changing from a 3-row seat car to a 4-row seat car)
Additionally, even if you change your vehicle, we will not refund the fare.
・Seat outlets are for charging mobile phones, smartphones, and computers.
Please note that there may be momentary power outages or voltage drops.
Please refrain from using it for other purposes as it may cause malfunction.
・Vehicles may not be equipped with seat outlets.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the bus, including the restroom. Please refrain from smoking.
・Please refrain from using mobile phones in the car. (Excluding emergencies)
・If you want to fold down the seat, please shout out to the passenger behind you before folding it down.
・Please refrain from doing anything that may cause a nuisance to other passengers inside the vehicle.
・Please do not take home any equipment from the bus.
・In the case of a continuation flight during the busy season (cars 2 and 3 at the same time), the flight will be operated in a car with a different seat type from car 1, a car without a restroom, or a car without a seat outlet. There may be cases. Please contact the reservation center for details.
・There will be one 10- to 15-minute break at a service area along the way (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of travel).
The resting location may change suddenly depending on the operating and road conditions.
・Departure and arrival times may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as weather or road conditions.
・If operational safety cannot be ensured, service may be suspended or section services may be suspended (does not go through some bus stops).
・In the unlikely event that your arrival is delayed and you have to take a taxi or stay overnight, our company will not accept any claims.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee that you will miss your flight or other means of transportation due to late arrival.
Please note that fares cannot be refunded for delays.
・During holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year’s Day, roads are expected to be congested and traffic jams, and departure and arrival times may be significantly delayed. Please note.
About baggage
・Basically, only one piece of luggage per person can be loaded in the trunk.
However, the following items generally cannot be loaded.
Large suitcases (for long-term stays abroad), pets/animals (including those kept in cages), skis, snowboards, surfboards, golf bags, bicycles (including folding types), musical instruments, dangerous materials (explosives)・Incendiary materials, easily flammable materials)
*We recommend that you use your own marker or name tag to avoid making mistakes.
*Storage space is limited, so please keep it small.
・Please ensure that the baggage you bring onto the train is small enough to not disturb the passengers next to you.
・Dangerous items, pets, and items that may pose a danger to the cargo on board cannot be kept in the vehicle or trunk.
・Customers are responsible for managing their valuables and luggage.
