One-way 3500yen – 4500yen (2500yen for a child)
“Good Value” Ticket Book
●10,000 yen for a book (3,500yen x 3 tickets)
●You can ride the bus for the lowest fare rate (3,500 yen) on any day.
*You can only use the ticket book ticket with a reservation.
You cannot use the ticket book or point card without a reservation.
Announcement on the Ticket Book
Regarding the ticket books sold until December 31, 2019, the original validity period was set until March 31, 2021, and the refund period was set from January 1, 2021, to March 31, 2021. However, due to the impact of the new coronavirus (Covid-19), we extended the valid period of those ticket books until further notice.
●Subject Ticket Books
Selling price: 15,000 yen (3,000 yen x 5 tickets) Tickets sold until December 31, 2019
●Usage period
Tickets can be used after March 31 at no additional charge as long as a seat reservation has been made. (If you board without a reservation, you will not be able to use this service.)
*The offer of a free one-way ticket for two ticket-book covers also continues for the time being.
●Refund period
From January 1st, 2021, to the present
●Refund amount
Refund amount: Number of coupon tickets x 3,000 yen
●Refund Method
We issue the refund at the service counter in the head service office of Dolphin Traffic Co.
Please come to the office during business hours with the applicable coupon. If you are too far away to come to our office, please print your name, address, telephone number, your bank information for wire transfer (bank name/ branch of the bank/ name on the account/ account number) and send it together with the applicable coupons by mail. We will confirm the contents and transfer the refund payment to the bank account at a later date.
(Please note that the transfer fee will be at your cost in that case.)
